The 1872 CASO Station in St. Thomas, Ontario is a restoration project of over 26,000 square feet. The two-storey building has national, provincial and local historical significance. It has been adapted into a facility which not only evokes the past but also embraces the future.

a+LiNK assisted with the completion of the Heritage Master Plan and worked closely with the North America Railway Hall of Fame (NARHF) and Ontario Heritage Foundation. The redevelopment and restoration plan includes the North American Railway Hall of Fame offices, the MP offices, the MPP offices, various professional offices, dining/rental facilities, retail spaces, multi-use meeting rooms, and is a tourist destination for train excursions from St. Thomas to Port Stanley.

The project not only enhances the urban fabric of the core of St. Thomas but also incorporates a diverse range of activities within the station itself. A number of tenants have since occupied the building and the rental space is consistently booked for a variety of activities including weddings, corporate gatherings and community events.
