Our team offers planning and visioning services from the onset of a project through to conceptual design, design development, construction documentation, and project closeout, coordinating with consultants for the duration of the project. a+LiNK provides architectural services from the initial design concept through to project completion. Sustainable building concepts are integrated in the design of all projects as well as Universal Design principles.
a+LiNK Architecture Inc. believes that our historic buildings provide us with a sense of place and that preservation is vital to our communities. When we preserve our heritage buildings and resources, we are providing the ‘greenest’ of projects by saving them from our landfills. a+LiNK is committed to the preservation, restoration, and adaptive reuse of these existing resources for long-term sustainability and for the appreciation by future generations.
a+LiNK Architecture Inc. provides interior design services for adaptive reuse, renovation and new construction projects. These services include functional programming, conceptual design, and design development through to construction documentation, administration and furniture procurement. a+LiNK combines client objectives with regulatory requirements to present creative, current and innovative design solutions for the interior environment which promotes the health, safety and well-being of the users.
a+LiNK Architecture Inc. provides master planning services to assist clients in preparing for a proposed project or long-term development planning. These services include programming consultations to determine the scope of work to be carried out, master planning for the built environment, facility audits that review the condition of an existing building, fire and life safety plans, and site study analysis to review the potential of an existing site condition.
