a+LiNK was retained by the St. Thomas Curling Club to design for an addition and renovation of the existing facility, located in the southwest area of St. Thomas. The design includes a 2,000 SF addition to provide accessible entry to the facility including a lift as well as new program spaces such as a lower and upper lobby, meeting room, universal washroom, and storage space. The design also includes the renovation of 3,500 SF area of existing space to revitalize the large lounge and dining areas, bar and kitchen. The design provides a revitalized front approach to the building including new sidewalk and barrier-free parking.
